Blue Heron Farm & Bakery brings its farm-grown roots to Springfield’s Historic C-Street with scratch-made sweet and savory pastries, artisan breads, espresso drinks, and a rotating breakfast and lunch menu. Founded by Jennie and James Boosey, the bakery grew from a local farm and farmers market business into a permanent Commercial Street storefront. 

Visitors can expect a bright, casual bakery filled with croissants, galettes, brioche pastries, breads, coffee, and seasonal offerings. Baking and cooking classes provide a more hands-on way to experience the bakery’s craft and farm-to-table approach.
