Café Cusco is a locally owned Peruvian-inspired restaurant in a restored historic building on Springfield’s Historic C-Street. Its menu draws from Peruvian and broader South American flavors, with dishes such as ceviche, Andean tamales, yucca fries, lomo saltado, seafood, and other distinctive entrées.
