The Commercial Street Merchants Association is dedicated to supporting and growing the businesses of the district. It offers networking, a forum to talk through shared challenges and successes, and advocacy for the needs of the district. The association also puts on a full calendar of events each year, meant to bring visitors in and help businesses grow.
The association meets on Wednesdays at 9:00 am at Ms. Gilmore’s, 211 E. Commercial Street. There is no formal membership, and everyone is welcome, including residents. For more information, contact director Connie Rhoades Hinds at connie@tamepetmag.com.
