Spring is beginning to show itself along Historic Commercial Street, bringing new colors, art, activities, and plenty of reasons to spend some time on C-Street.

At C-ART Gallery, visitors have one final opportunity to experience the work of Rusty Lindsey. The exhibit features Lindsey’s colorful and moody abstract landscapes alongside selections of his figurative work, offering one more chance to see the show before it closes.

There is also one more weekend to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by That Lebanese Place, with additional Easter activities happening around the district as the holiday approaches.

Beyond the events, C-Street itself is beginning to look like spring. Seasonal scenes are appearing throughout the district, along with the first hints of red, white, and blue decorations going up in preparation for the major celebration coming to Commercial Street May 1 and 2.

From local art and seasonal activities to simply enjoying a spring day along the street, there is plenty happening as C-Street heads into April.
